At Javier Trips, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our guidelines for returns and refunds when shopping with us.
Returns
We accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
- The item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is provided (such as order confirmation or invoice)
Please note that certain items such as personal care gear or custom orders may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be processed. Refunds are issued only through the original payment method, which in our case is Cash on Delivery (COD). Customers will not be charged any refund processing fee, but shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original order (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order details and pictures of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
